Senior Dance Parties
Welcome to our Senior Dance Parties!
Hosted several times a year, our senior dance parties are a fantastic way for older adults to enjoy an afternoon of dancing, delicious food, and socializing with other seniors. With over 400 attendees at each event, the senior dance parties are highly anticipated and beloved in our community.
DANCE PARTY INFORMATION
- Abbington Distinctive Banquets – 3S002 Route 53 Corner of Route 53 and, Butterfield Rd, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137
- Doors open at 4:00pm.
- Dinner is served from 5:00pm to 6:00pm.
- Party ends at 8:00pm.
- All seats are on a first come first serve basis.
- You do not need your ID for the event.

Why Dance
Dancing offers numerous benefits for seniors.
According to a study by the US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health, “dance, regardless of its style, can significantly improve muscular strength and endurance, balance, and other aspects of functional fitness in older adults.” Our senior dance parties not only help keep seniors active and fit but also provide an excellent opportunity to stay engaged and socially connected.
