Angie has owned and operated a family business, Experity Functional Strength, with her husband Paul for the past 7+ years. Prior to owning the gym, Angie used her Master’s Degree and taught Pre-K for 5 years. She is still able to put her classroom skills to good use at the gym – instead of managing a room of 4 years olds, she manages a room of adults…which can prove to be just as challenging ?.
Angie is passionate about teaching strength, coaching nutrition and building a community where people not only change physically but emotionally and mentally as well. The most rewarding part of her job is not only getting to work with her amazing husband day in and day out but getting to know the people she coaches day in and day out. Angie will tell you there is nothing more special than meeting someone for the first time that is shy and unsure of themselves but over time transforms into a confident happy person.
If you don’t see Angie at the gym lifting weights or coaching, you will definitely find her outside doing something active. She loves to hike, go on long walks with her 4 legged best friend and human husband best friend, or spend time by the water. In her spare time, she loves to cook and entertain (she probably has 30 serving platters :-) and is known for throwing great theme parties. She is the proud fun aunt of 6 funny, adorable nephews and is looking forward to having a family of her own one day.

HERE’S HOW CONTESTANTS ARE SCORED AND JUDGED:
Judges will score each dancer, provide verbal feedback and give a numerical score. The judge’s score will comprise 60% of the contestant’s total score. The other 40% of the contestant’s score will come from YOUR VOTES!
You have the opportunity to vote for your favorite contestant by placing cash or check in the contestant’s sealed ballot box the night of or bidding online using one of the LINKS BELOW. To vote online before the event you must register and place a credit card on file. $1.00 = 1 vote. You can vote as many times as you would like.
Please note, that the purchase of ads do not count toward your dancer’s score.
