Hi.
I’m Sheila Rutledge, owner of Captured by Sheila. I have been a professional photographer for over 30 years. My specialty is putting people at ease to deliver portraits everyone is thrilled with.
In the election of 2018, I added public official to my resume when I was elected to the DuPage County Board in District 6. My flexible schedule allows me to work in both a government capacity as well as continue with my business. The best of both worlds! Born in Aurora, I’ve spent the 80’s out of state but returned to DuPage to raise my family. My 2 adult children are fully launched, one here and another in Orlando FL. Widowed in the spring of 2018, I am ready for a new partner and dancing may just be the way as it has always been an activity I enjoy.
