Senior
Nutrition Program
DuPage Senior Citizens Council (DSCC) has operated its
countywide Senior Nutrition Program since 1983. The
Senior Nutrition Program is a volunteer driven program
that provides nutritious meals to seniors in DuPage
County. The program helps seniors obtain the proper
nutrition needed to maintain their best possible physical
and mental health. We have Nutrition Managers on staff
that analyze each menu to verify that all meals meet
the 1/3 Dietary Reference Intake. Some of our meals
are low in sodium and cholesterol for seniors who need
a special diet.
The Senior Nutrition Program has three parts: The Home
Delivered Meals Program, the Community Dining Program,
and the Restaurant Program. Click

Home Maintenance Program
The DuPage Senior Citizens Council’s (DSCC) Home
Maintenance Program was developed in 1991 to help seniors
maintain their homes. Our Home Maintenance Program is
available to DuPage County residents, age 60 and over.
The program is broken down into four thriving programs:
Minor Home Repair Program, Chore Days Program, Contractor
Referral Program, Senior Home Inspection Program.
