Contractor Referrals

All contractors are pre-screened by the Home Maintenance Department before being added to the referral list. Referrals will be made to licensed plumbers, electricians and other professionals who are insured and in good standing with DSCC. Contractors work directly with the senior and charge their own rates. Be sure you understand their rates before hiring any contractor. Don’t hesitate to contact the Home Maintenance Department for assistance with hiring the right contractor for your job.
